50A to 4000A Automatic Dual Power Transfer Switch ATS

ATS is short for Automatic Transfer Switching which can transfer between grid power supply and generator automatically. In China National Standard, it states the ATS consists of one(or more) circuit breaker(s) and other necessary electronic parts. It applies to check the electricity circuit and transfer the power supply for load from one power supply to another.
Standard conformed to: GB/T14048.11. The failure of ATS might cause serious lost, thus it's very important to choose reliable ATS. Compared with other low-voltage switch, two important functions have been added for ATS. One is checking the circuit automatically, the other one is transfering automatically when failure of powered supply being detected.

ATS Application Fields

ATS is widely used in Banks, Hospitals, Telecom, Airports, Radio Stations, Hotels, Buildings, and so on. The Genset with ATS can start them self and provide power supply to lights, lift, fire hydraulic automatically within 10 seconds after the grid power supply fails.

ATS  Work Principles:

The ATS could transfer between 3 phase 3 wires power supply and 3 phase 4 wires power supply automatically.
The controller will detect the voltage of two power supplies at the same time. The voltage higher than 110%(adjustable) of rated voltage will be judged as over-voltage, and the voltage under 80%(adjustable) of rated voltage will be judged as under-voltage. The micro processor will judge the detected result logically and send the "open" or "close" instructions. The results will be displayed in the LCD. If any faults with the backup power supply, it will warn and remind the user recover the backup power suppply. This will help the user recover the circuit faults in shortest period and keep the dual-power supply work normally.
