Introduction of 1000kw Container Type Natural Gas Generator Set
Designed to meet high-power demand scenarios, this 1000kW container-type natural gas generator set adopts a parallel operation design, integrating 4 Sets of 250 kW units for a stable and efficient power supply.
Featuring a modular structure, the entire system is housed in a 12-meter-long container divided into three compartments. This rational layout places two generators on each side of the container, with a central control console in between—greatly facilitating daily operation, inspection, and maintenance work.
The central control console is the core of the system’s operation, equipped with four paralleling cabinets (one dedicated to each generator) and one utility connection cabinet. This configuration enables precise control over each unit, supports seamless switching between grid-connected and off-grid modes, and ensures clear and intuitive operational logic for operators.
In terms of safety protection, the generator set is fitted with a gas leakage alarm system. Once gas leakage is detected, the system immediately triggers an audible alert to warn on-site personnel. Meanwhile, the control cabinet automatically opens the side louvers of the container for rapid ventilation, effectively reducing potential safety risks.
To adapt to harsh low-temperature environments, all cables of the system are designed to operate reliably within the temperature range of -10°C to -50°C. Additionally, each compartment is equipped with built-in heaters that activate automatically in extreme cold conditions, ensuring the stable performance of the entire generator set. For energy efficiency, the radiator fan only starts when the ambient temperature exceeds 60°C, avoiding unnecessary energy consumption through intelligent temperature-sensing control.
