10kW Silent-Type Small Diesel Generator Set

This 10kW rated silent diesel genset provides stable, clean backup power for noise-sensitive locations. Built with a fully enclosed soundproof canopy, it adopts premium flame-retardant acoustic padding and multi-stage impedance muffler design to cut mechanical and exhaust noise. It reaches only 75–78 dB(A) at 7 meters, meeting noise requirements for homes, hospitals, schools and hotels.

Power System & Performance

This 10kW silent diesel generator runs on a 997cc V-twin four-stroke direct injection diesel engine. Standard electric start supports reliable ignition, while optional ATS enables automatic power switchover for emergency backup. Equipped with a 26L fuel tank, it offers 8–12 hours continuous full-load operation with excellent fuel efficiency to lower running costs.

Electrical Performance & Configuration

It delivers switchable single/three-phase 220V/380V output at power factor 1.0. Built-in AVR stabilizes clean power for precision instruments and general loads. Measuring 1180×660×830mm and weighing 260–325kg, it supports optional tow trailer or vehicle-mounted installation. Standard features include starting battery, industrial muffler, monitoring panel and multi-protection system. Remote start and remote monitoring are available as upgrades to fit diverse application scenarios.
