Product Overview
LGK-120P1 is an air plasma cutting machine,suitable for outdoor mobile construction, with strong cutting ability and excellent cutting quality. This product adopts an integrated design of rack, cutting power supply and air pump, forming a mobile plasma cutting workstation. You can choose between a built-in air source or an external air source as needed. Our unique compressed air cooling technology makes lifespan of consumables has been extended by nearly three times. Easy to move, very suitable for outdoor manual cutting operations without gas source.
Main Features
1.Independently developing compressed air cooling technology to extend the lifespan of consumables.
2.Built in 1500W high-power high-pressure air pump, no need for external compressed air, suitable for outdoor construction sites without air source
3.Driven by a four level low-speed motor, the piston of the same gas production pump has a longer lifespan, is more stable, reliable, and durable.
4.2 universal wheels and 2 directional wheels, 4-inch silent casters ensure passability and convenience during movement.
5.Installing shock-absorbing pads on the air pump can weaken the vibration during operation and movement, reduce the risk of internal component loosening and failure, reduce noise, and extend the service life of the air pump.
6.Select high-quality pressure regulating filters with high filtration accuracy, stable and reliable pressure regulation.
7.Equipped with mature current ripple control technology, the incision is smooth and polished.
8.LGK-120P1 has a sufficient output current of over 120A, and the recommended cutting thickness for carbon steel is 30mm, with a cutting capacity of 45mm.
9.The main circuit uses two large capacity filtering capacitors (1000uF/400V), which have strong resistance to grid fluctuations and can ensure stable operation in the generator power supply area.
10.Complete protection functions: equipped with overheating protection, air pump phase loss protection, overvoltage/undervoltage protection.
